1. Return Eligibility
- All products, including personalized and customized items, are eligible for return or replacement.
- You must request a return or replacement within 1 day of delivery.
- A return is accepted even if the product is customized and the customer simply does not like it.
- Product condition (used/unused) and original packaging are not mandatory for return eligibility.
2. Return Request Process
- To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team on WhatsApp and share:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product photos (if damaged or defective)

3. Return Pickup
- We will arrange the pickup of the product from your provided address in Bidar city at no extra cost.
- Ensure the product is securely packed for pickup.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed either via UPI or bank transfer, as per your preference.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per the return policy.
6. Important Notes
- All return and refund requests must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.
- Decorior.in reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of fraudulent activities or abuse of return policies.
