1. Return Eligibility

  • All products, including personalized and customized items, are eligible for return or replacement.
  • You must request a return or replacement within 1 day of delivery.
  • A return is accepted even if the product is customized and the customer simply does not like it.
  • Product condition (used/unused) and original packaging are not mandatory for return eligibility.

2. Return Request Process

  • To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team on WhatsApp and share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Product photos (if damaged or defective)

3. Return Pickup

  • We will arrange the pickup of the product from your provided address in Bidar city at no extra cost.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed for pickup.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed either via UPI or bank transfer, as per your preference.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per the return policy.

6. Important Notes

  • All return and refund requests must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.
  • Decorior.in reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of fraudulent activities or abuse of return policies.
